Kerang Bistro is a community hub

KERANG Bistro is more than just a place to eat – it’s a community hub where locals, families, seniors, and tradies come together to enjoy great food and even better company.

Serving up a unique blend of Asian fusion flavours, traditional Aussie favourites, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, Kerang Bistro has quickly become a beloved dining destination in the heart of Victoria.

Our people are the heart and soul of Kerang Bistro. We’ve employed two talented chefs, Madhav and Bidnod from Nepal, who bring years of culinary expertise from restaurants across Melbourne.

Their passion for cooking and innovative recipes ensures a diverse and exciting menu, to make us the home of Asian fusion flavours in the Kerang region.

Additionally, our Melbourne chefs from Otao Kitchen Cooking School sister venue join us periodically to keep things fresh and interesting.

Our menu offers a unique blend of traditional Asian dishes and modern Australian cuisine, creating a dining experience like no other.

Whether you’re in the mood for something exotic or a classic favourite, we have something to satisfy every palate.

Who doesn’t love a good deal? If you’re a tradie looking for a mid-week treat, Kerang Bistro has you covered.

Join us every Wednesday and Thursday until November for our mouth-watering burger and parma special.

Enjoy these delectable dishes at unbeatable prices – they’re perfect for unwinding after a hard day’s work.

We believe great food should be accessible to everyone. From Thursday to Sunday, we offer special $15+ deals tailored for seniors and kids.

It’s the perfect opportunity to bring your family and friends and enjoy a meal that won’t break the bank.

Our relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff will make you feel right at home plus they can enjoy the best outdoor bistro garden in town.

Kerang is known for its love of outdoor activities, especially during the warmer months.

This year, we’re bringing the vibrancy of Asia’s best celebrations to our bistro garden.

Join us for the Moon Lantern Festival on October 5, where you’ll experience a magical evening filled with beautiful lanterns, music, and delightful Asian treats.

Enjoy free dumpling tastings and immerse yourself in the festive spirit.

With the festive season almost here, we’re preparing to make it unforgettable.

Our new Christmas corporate and private pre-ordered menu features holiday classics with a modern twist.

We also offer special packages for corporate or celebration functions to make your celebrations merry and bright.

Plus, check out our Christmas hampers and Bistro Vouchers for the perfect gift.

Make this Christmas one to remember with Kerang Bistro.

We’re deeply committed to the Kerang community and actively support job opportunities for young people.

We’re dedicated to training and mentoring them, and we’re incredibly proud of their growth and dedication.

When you dine with us, you’re supporting the future of Kerang. One of our greatest joys since coming to Kerang has been connecting with the wonderful people here.

We’ve met individuals from all walks of life and heard their stories.

We look forward to becoming an even bigger part of this vibrant community.
