THE Quambatook Tractor Pull brought crowds of nearly 500 people to watch the biggest toughest tractors battle it out in the dirt.
Tractors of all kinds, from the very vintage to the extremely modern, fought their way across the pit during action on Easter Saturday.
Quambatook Tractor Pull Association president, Tim Betson heralded the day a success.
“The banks [where people sat] were pretty well full, we had a successful day and the competitors were all happy. We had a fair few of them,” he said.
“The weather was beautiful and you couldn’t ask for a better day if you tried.”
Crowd favourites Shillberite, Stone Cold and Mad Dog took out multiple sections on the day, with the Parker family-owned icon, Quamby Quaker also making an appearance.
