ONLY eight ladies entered the monthly meal stroke competition on Wednesday, with Joyce Boyd showing a clean pair of heels to the other players, scoring 101-25=76 to win on a countback from Shirley Jenner with 97-21=76.

Ange Morton got the last ball in the ball pool with 95-17=78.

A good field of 26 entered the Thursday R&R stableford with David Knight coming out as the winner with 36 points.

The ball pool went to G. Pay and R. Delamare 35, T. Hall 34 and the last ball to G. Teasdale on 33 on a countback.

NTPs went to C. Gillen on the 3rd, T. Laughlin on the 5th, S. Dibsdale on the 9th and 16th and T. Hall on the 13th.

There was another good field of 27 for the Saturday Greenwood Mugge.

The winner of the Mugge was Gavin Teasdale with 39.

The ladies’ winner was Deaniee Henderson with 36.

The ball pool went to D. Ellwood 37, C. Gray 36, W. O’Neill 34 and C. Waterson 33 on a countback.

NTPs went to C. Manners on the 3rd, B. Gibson on the 9th, B. Gillingham on the 13th and S. Dibsdale on the 16th.
