WEDNESDAY, October 23 – Ladies Stableford:

Seven members entered the competition, with the winner Rowena Henry (47) with 33 points.

The ball pool went to Shirley Jenner (22) with 32 points and Michelle Dillon (11) with 31 points and a countback from Ange Morton (17) also on 31 points.

The Chino’s nearest the pin on the 9th hole was won by Shirley Jenner.

Thursday, October 24 – R & R Stableford:

A good roll-up for this event with 26 players taking part, with some very good scores recorded. The winner was Phil Lloyd 40, while others in the ball pool were Blake Shay 36, J. Hewitt, J. Tartaglia 34 and Greg Gin 33.

The nearest the pins went to T. Hall (3rd), K. Lane (9th), R. Dawes (13th) and J. Hewitt (16th).

Saturday, October 26 – Stableford:

Good sunny weather brought out many golfers, with the winner in the ladies Joyce Boyd (27) with 40 points and the runner-up Shirley Jenner (23) with 38 points.

The men’s winner was Peter Hall (15) with 41 points on a count back from David Wood (11) also 41 points. The ball pool went to C. Manners (9) and J. Tartaglia (17) with 40 points, Lindsay Hogg (21)and Trent O’Neill both on 38 points and Blake Shay (8) on 37 points.

Ladies Championship results:

The ladies Champion for 2024 is Olive Spitty with a total score of 232. This makes five club championships in a row for Olive.

Joint runners-up – Michelle Dillon and Jan Harry (257)

B Grade winner – Meryl Cameron (282)

Runner-up – Shirley Jenner (285)
