Boost for garden project

A GARDENING project at Baptcare Northaven will be blooming soon thanks to support from Kerang Rotarians.

Kerang Rotary Club members Gwen Mannix and Colleen Scriven presented a cheque to Baptcare for $750 from money raised by gold-coin donations at an Australia Day breakfast.

The money will boost the “Project Grow” gardening program at Northaven.

Northaven manager Nancy Mathenge said she was excited and very pleased to accept the funds on behalf of Northaven and the residents.
