Seven ladies played Stableford on Wednesday – the course looked great but proved to be not so easy.

Michelle Dillon had the winning score of 30 points. She managed a birdie on the 10th.

Shirley Jenner and Chrissy Chamberlain were not far behind to be in the ball pool.

Jan Harry was nearest the pin on the 9th.

Despite the ordinary scores the exercise was good as was the company.

Next week all ladies welcome 9.30am for 10am hit off.

The weather played it’s part for the 20 members who took part in Thursday’s R&R Stableford competition.

Winner was Mal McKenzie with 36 points on a countback from Ross Nesbit.

Ball pool: R Gannon 35, R Schultze 33 countback.

The Pen Award went to D Ellwood with 26 points countback.

NTPs: 3rd D Meehan, 5th R Schultze, 9th and 16th S Dibsdale and 13th J Murphy.

The weather certainly had an impact on the field in Saturday’s Stableford with only 10 members giving it a go.

The winner Ross Nesbit kept his good form going with 35 points. Ball pool was Greg McNeil 33 and Peter Hall 31.

NTPs were hard to get with G McNeil on the 5th and J Hewitt the 9th and on the 13th was R Nesbit. The Pen Award went to D Meehan with 26 points.
