KERANG South Primary School’s Sam Hollingworth joined the second session of a online teaching initiative on Friday.
The Grade 5 student is getting together online with students from around the state who have been selected for the Victorian High-Ability Program.
The virtual program, delivered by Virtual School Victoria, will involve high-ability students in Years 5 to 8 at government schools participating in 10-week online extension and enrichment classes in English and maths.
Sam is involved in the English strand.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity for Sam to work with other students across the state to extend his abilities,” principal Lyn Veall said.
