EXCAVATION of the centre of Kerang’s shopping centre has almost been completed in preparation for the $750,000 rejuvenation project.
The project includes a raised roadway adjacent to Victoria Square with an improved traffic management structure and enhanced pedestrian facilities, including seating and vegetation.
The project is expected to take another seven weeks to complete.
