Man nabbed with unregistered motor push bike

A YOUNG unlicensed rider was found riding an unregistered motorised pushbike along Nolan Street in Kerang on June 5.

He was intercepted by police, who seized the bike. The rider will receive an official caution.

Alleged assult

POLICE are investigating an alleged assault at Kerang licensed premises earlier this month.

Officers went to the Victoria Street premises on June 4, where the assault took place when a man became aggressive.

He was searched by police, who found what was believed to be cannabis.

He was released into his father’s care and will be interviewed in the coming days.
