Belly laughs at Gala

THE Cohuna Comedy Gala is returning “better than ever, promising side-splitting laughter”.

Northern District Community Health is hosting the gala at The Big Cohuna Stockyard from 6pm on Saturday, October 26.

Supported by Gannawarra Shire’s flood recovery funding, it promises to be a memorable night of joy and entertainment.

The diverse line-up includes four of Australia’s best stand up comedians.

Kirsty Webeck, as seen on Oxfam Gala, Just For Laughs, The Weekly, and Question Everything, is known for her cheeky charm and infectious humour.

Her television appearances and tours have earned her a top spot in Australia’s comedy circuit.

Matt Stewart is the co-host of popular podcasts such as Do Go On and Who Knew It?

Podcast favourite Dave Warneke, from Do Go On and Book Cheat, brings his award-nominated talent to the stage.

His comedy is insightful, fun, and guaranteed to entertain.

Rounding out the line-up is rising star Urvi Majumdar, who has appeared on Fisk, Metrosexual, The Project, and Emu War.

With her Moosehead Award-winning performances, she is bound to make a lasting impression.

The event is recommended for ages 15 and older.

Seats are limited.
