Making memories at Sporties

THERE is something special about walking into your local bistro, especially in a country town where the locals meet.

This is where memories are made, with good food, great entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere.

Maybe it’s the friendly greeting at the door, maybe it’s the vibrant buzz of happy diners, or perhaps it’s just the anticipation of a great meal with family and friends.

Sporties Bistro is located at the Kerang Sports & Entertainment Venue and if it hasn’t already, it will soon become your preferred venue for dining out.

Manager Mat Chamberlain is justifiably proud of the dining options offered by the club, which include a casual dinner in the bistro or a private function in the dining room.

“Our menu is extremely popular – people love Wednesday’s Parma & Pot night, with Thursday’s Pizza and Pasta evenings really hitting the spot,” he said.

With a classic menu ranging from succulent steaks to tender chicken and perfectly cooked fish dishes, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

“Our patrons can choose which area they prefer, whether it’s inside or outside in the beautiful beer garden,” said Mat.

Always popular, the outdoor beer garden is perfect for a party or a relaxing night out under the twinkling fairy lights. The ambience is quite magical, and it is the perfect spot to relax during the warmer months. Once the cold weather hits, head inside to the warmth and comfort of the bistro and dining room.

Excitement is building with Foxtel coming soon on a big screen, showing live sports action for sporting enthusiasts.

“Never again miss that big game – enjoy a beer with your mates and watch the action unfold right in front of you,” Mat said.

The kids will be entertained with their very own kid’s playroom with games, rides and movies screening nightly. Giving the parents a welcome break, enjoy your meal knowing that your younger ones are having fun playing.

Seniors aren’t forgotten either with a discounted seniors menu available daily. With a kids menu tailored just for them and gluten free options, no one misses out.

Kerang Sporties Bistro is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, so call them on 5452 1031.

Make Sporties your place.
