Discover what makes learning difficult

DISCOVER what makes learning difficult, why we experience anxiety and how within minutes, one simple breathing technique can significantly improve learning and reduce anxiety.

Teacher, author and independent researcher, Janine Fletcher, is offering students and parents of Kerang District the opportunity to train with her.

As an educator with over 30 years’ experience Janine knows the heartache, frustration and damage to self-esteem that comes from struggling at school. Throughout her teaching career Janine trialled many tools that did make a difference but none that were easy to implement at home which meant that many children missed out on help. In her heart Janine knew that she could find an answer to empower, children, young people, families and whole communities.  In her search she has become an independent researcher and author. Her books include the Teacher Resource, “Positive and Powerful” and a series of interactive books for young people; – the “YAHOO Series” (You Always Have Other Options).

Take A Breather is the result of Janine’s persistent and committed research and she is excited to share it with your community
