United for a cause

ON Monday, April 4, students had an out-of-uniform day for the Lismore Flood Appeal and raised $250, which will be passed on to the Kerang Rotary Club.

The club will forward the money directly to the Lismore Rotary Club for the support of programs/activities on the ground in Lismore.

The Student Voice Team at Kerang Technical High School initiated the project on behalf of all schools in the area, to join together to fundraise for the victims of the city’s two recent major floods.

Many people are still unable to return to their homes and others are without power, as the massive cleanup continues.
