DEBUT novelist Vince Craig will discuss his first book, Truth Be Told, at Cohuna library on September 7.
Craig, an Australian Army and Royal Australian Air Force veteran, will be in town for the next instalment of Gannawarra Library Service’s popular Author Talks series.
Craig will speak on Thursday from 2pm about how his experiences serving his country inspired the novel.
Craig joined the Australian Army at the age of 17, before he was selected for the Special Air Service Regiment, working with special forces from around the globe.
Following this, and joining the RAAF, Craig spent a period of time as a private military contractor in Iraq, as well as a foreign military advisor in Ukraine.
The thrilling story of Truth Be
Told is set in the central Victorian goldfields and the Australian Outback.
The story involves the uncovering of a secret that entangles friends and foes in a battle of wits, dangerous encounters, and a major government conspiracy.
