INSTEAD of exchanging presents for Christmas, Lions Club of Kerang decided to donate gifts to children in need in the community through the Kerang Neighbourhood House.
Lions member Greg Gin said organisers Claire and Rodney were “extremely thankful and promised that our presents would go to children whose parents are doing it tough”.
“As the Lions motto goes, we serve,” he said.
