NOMINATIONS for Murray River Council’s 2025 Australia Day awards are now open.
Residents and community members have been encouraged to nominate individuals or groups who have made an outstanding contribution to the local community.
Nominations are being accepted for Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Sportsperson of the Year, Young Sportsperson of the Year, Community Event of the Year, Community Group of the Year and Arts/Cultural Award (person or group).
Nominations can be completed at www.yoursay.murrayriver.nsw.gov.au
Nominations close on Sunday, November 10, 2024.
The awards will be presented on Australia Day, January 26, 2025.
