Perfect Study Score

KERANG Technical High School student Daniel Veloso has always had a knack for calculations.

But he never expected that he would receive a perfect study score of 50 in general maths.

“I barely registered it, it took me a few moments to realise, oh that’s a 50!” Daniel told the Gannawarra Times.

Daniel has always enjoyed maths throughout his schooling, but started to really knuckle down on his studies as the pointy end of exam season approached.

“I only started putting in a huge amount of effort at the start of the holidays – I think every single day I did at least one practice exam, so I’ve got a stack of at least 40 or 50 finished,” he said.

Daniel is hoping to continue using his maths skills by studying engineering at university.
