THIS year has been filled with a range of learning opportunities both in and out of the classroom.
Our primary students have enjoyed new facilities, new extra-curricular activities, and new teachers.
They have visited the Werribee Zoo, camped at the Urban Camp in Melbourne and performed on the stage at the Kerang Memorial Hall in the musical, Jailhouse Rock. Our secondary students have enjoyed new subjects, new sporting activities and camping experiences all over Victoria.
They have participated in table tennis, badminton and basketball challenges and have visited Geelong, Anglesea and Phillip Island.
Connection and character has been the theme for 2024 and students have participated in a variety of events that raise awareness and/or funds for important causes, such as Do it for Dolly (bullying), Ping Pong-a-Thon (child slavery), and Big Freeze at the ‘C’ (MND).
In addition to this, the school continues to run its annual Mother’s Day and Father’s Day activities, as well as the Welcome Back barbecue and New Parents Evening. These events build connection and help shape the student’s character as they consider th
