Women on farms gathering

THE Women on Farms Gathering is back bigger than ever in Inglewood after having been postponed in 2020 and again in 2021 due to COVID-19.

This year’s theme, Revitalised, is the opportunity to come together to celebrate all things country and farm life after a challenging two years.

The gathering will bring more than 200 farming women from all around Victoria to Inglewood over three eventful days from March 25-27.

Attendees can re-connect, share stories, promote positive mental health, and enjoy delicious food all the while promoting the important role they play in rural communities.

Events and sessions include a pop-up market on March 25 at the Inglewood Town Hall from 1pm-5.30pm along with the Boots and Babes Gala event that evening.

On March 26-27, attendees can unwind amongst friends, or attend some of the workshops, or hop on a bus tour and visit the Loddon region.

Visit the Facebook page, Women on Farms Gathering, for more information.

Tickets for the three-day event are available until February 28.

Tickets are $250 each.

Contact Cindy Gould on 0429 043 838 or CGould@idhs.vic.gov.au.
