KERANG was blessed with a perfect, balmy evening as the town’s churches combined to host Community Carols at Atkinson Park.
It was a stark contrast to last year when a downpour and lightning cut the event short.
The Ministers and Chaplain’s Association organised the evening, which was unable to be held in its usual setting at Kerang Primary School due to renovations.
However, students from Kerang’s four primary schools once again featured prominently on stage with their singing and religious readings.
There was a relaxed vibe among the healthy gathering, with people enjoying the opportunity to spend time with family and friends.
