Changing women’s lives

WITH more than 30 years in the industry, Atalie Warren is confident in her ability to lead others towards holistic and sustainable transformation in their life and with their relationship with themselves.

In her role as life coach, Ms Warren “empowers others to empower themselves” through a diverse range of therapies, activities, exercises and tools for life that can bring about long-term change.

“The programs we offer are about unlocking the sustainable change a woman requires,” she said.

“We take a deep dive into what might be holding a person back and what things you can do to change and transform that.

“When a person comes in for one-on-one support, we do a complete and thorough assessment that looks at your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Also what is working well in your life and what’s not, and what we can do about it.

“We’re teaching people how to empower themselves through self-empowerment. Teaching people the hidden aspects of what might be impacting on their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

“From there, we start to build a personalised plan of what change might look like and we develop a focused plan.”

Ms Warren said she predominantly works with women and mothers. Women go through significant change in their life. Between hormone fluctuations and cycles, children and career changes, we require recalibration to keep us at our best.

“Women often have external factors throughout their life that pull on their attention, focus and energy,” she said.

“I guide women to gain an understanding of themselves, what they know and believe about themselves and what is actually true and what’s not.

“It’s a chance to question and explore who you’ve been and who you desire to create now and into the future.

“Through the work we do together, we’re looking at what has changed in life and what directional changes are needed to move forward, and how much of the past baggage should be left behind.”

Ms Warren also offers one-day local retreats that offer the chance to recalibrate, eat healthy food, relax, listen and learn from her and a range of guest speakers from a variety of specialised fields within the wellness industry.

She also hosts an online eight-week program called Beyond Mother Wounds which addresses the difficult relationship some women experience with their mothers, with the aim of breaking that cycle with their own children.

Ms Warren has a studio at 12 Murray Street, Barham but offers online consultations via Zoom and is also available as a public speaker.
