Mask up at Cohuna Hospital

RESPIRATORY illnesses are circulating in the Cohuna region, and staff at the District Hospital will be wearing face masks this week.

The hospital said this is to “protect our healthcare team and ensure that we reduce the risk of illness to the people who are caring for you”.

Masks are available to the public at the hospital doors.

The public can help ensure healthcare workers are able to perform their vital role by wearing a mask and practising hygiene measures such as hand sanitation.
