ORGANISATIONS these days have to adhere to very strict occupational health, safety and environment legislation.
How is it that our government can allow duck shooting to go ahead without any risk assessment, environment impact study, consultation with nearby residents, effective monitoring, signposting, non-conformance follow up, incident recording and disciplinary action?
The minister has been made well aware of their short comings in all of these areas with no attempt to rectify.
It’s a prosecutable offence.
