Cohuna drugs

Police attended a King Edward address in Cohuna on March 11 in relation to a police matter, where a male person was asked to accompany police back to the station.

Prior to entering the police vehicle, the man emptied his pockets, producing three zip-lock bags containing illicit drugs.

He was arrested and remanded in custody.

Kerang thefts

Police are viewing CCTV footage to identify a male and female who allegedly stole a quantity of clothing from a donation bin, located at Bendigo Road, Kerang.

The offence took place on March 7.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident on March 4, two females were arrested after they allegedly stole alcohol and food from a Victoria Street grocery store.
