Businesses targeted

CASH was allegedly stolen from a Cohuna business late last month. Police said the offender gained entry to the King George Street business some time between September 21 and 26.

There was no forced entry but the premises was locked.

Police are looking at all avenues of enquiry. Meanwhile, cash was allegedly stolen from an address in the same Cohuna street on September 26, at about 1am.

The offender forced entry to the property.

Car window smashed

THE window of a vehicle parked on Main Street in Lalbert was smashed between 10am and midnight on September 21.

Drugs, bullets seized

A MAN has allegedly been caught in possession of methylamphetamine and .22 calibre ammunition without holding a firearms licence.

The 18-year-old’s vehicle was intercepted and searched by police on Market Street in Cohuna just after midnight on September 24.

The man was interviews and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
