Intruder fright for elderly couple

AN elderly couple were left shaken when an intruder raided their Kerang home earlier this month.

The couple, aged in their 80s, noticed a female standing in their bedroom doorway about 5.45am on November 5.

The offender fled out the rear of the property.

Cards were removed from a purse and $120 cash was missing.


Jet ski, trailer stolen

POLICE say a trailer and jet ski were stolen from a Reedy Lake property sometime this month.

Three padlocks and wire on the front gate were cut. Offenders also removed CCTV cameras.


Toilets damaged

THE Apex Park public toilet in Cohuna was vandalised earlier this month, police say.

Offenders tore the hand dryer and soap dispenser off the wall.

The damage took place sometime between 5pm on November 4 and the following morning.
