Two hurt in edged weapon assault

TWO men had minor injuries caused by an edged weapon at a Kerang home on Saturday, January 6. Police were called to the house after an altercation earlier that day. At a second home, police found imitation firearms and arrested a 28-year-old man.


Jet ski warning

A YOUNG male was given an official caution after being found riding a Sea-Doo watercraft on Gunbower Creek at Cohuna on New Year’s Day. The unlicensed driver was from the state’s south-east and was carrying two passengers.


Vehicle targeted

OFFENDERS used a sharp object to try to enter a vehicle parked on a nature strip in Vaughn Street, Kerang, between 10.30pm on December 30 and 3pm the following day.


Blower burglary

OFFENDERS stole two leaf-blowers from a business in Koondrook after forcing entry to a building between December 27 and January 2.


Nail gun nicked

A NAIL fixing gun was stolen from the veranda of a home in Guthrie Street, Quambatook, between December 24 and January 2.
