Burglary

A VICTIM received a phone alert of someone at his address in Lake Boga while away from his home just after midnight on Sunday, April 13.

He returned home and located a male at the address.

The male was arrested and interviewed.

He was released pending summons.


Damage

A CHAIR appears to have been used to damage the door of a Campbell Street, Swan Hill business while the owner was at work just after 1am on Friday, April 11.

The owner heard someone at the rear door.

The owner’s vehicle was also damaged where it was parked at the rear of the business.


Arrest

SWAN Hill detectives arrested a 35-year-old male on Friday, April 11 in connection to the burglary of a sporting club at Ken Harrison Reserve.

He was charged and bailed to attend court at a later date.


House fire

THE CFA was called to a home in Gunbower Parade, Koondrook, about 2am on Sunday, April 13.

The home was fully engulfed in fire. The home was vacant at the time.

The cause of the fire has not been determined but is being treated as suspicious and is being investigated by Swan Hill detectives.


Theft

OFFENDERS have stolen a Husqvarna chainsaw from a utility, a paslode fixing gun and a Milwaukee tool kit from the carport at a property in Farrant Court, Cohuna, between 6.30pm on Saturday, April 12 and 7.30am the following day.


Burglary and vehicle theft

OFFENDERS have forced entry and a grey 2019 Ford ranger utility was stolen from a home in Camp Street, Watchem, between 4pm on Friday, April 11 and 8pm on Sunday, April 13.

The utility was located in the Bendigo area.
