CREATIVITY in many guises by people of various ages and varied backgrounds brought Leitchville alive during the weekend.
Two halls were needed to display paintings, sketches, photogaphs, dolls, toys and ornaments at the second Leitchville Alive aret and craft exhibition.
Talented artist, Christine Hawken, 90, exhibited about 50 paintings and was delighted by all the attention.
“It’s lovely having people admire your work,” she said.
Wendy Tatt collects d’oyleys from opportunity shops and invokes an American Indian tradition to make “dream catchers”, which proportedly filter good and bad dreams.
A bonus attraction was the Barham-Koondrook photographic competition display.
