A LOT of fun was had at Kerang Golf Club during its four week all abilities golf program.
The club is a role model in supporting inclusive sport and recreation by providing increased physical activities opportunities for people of all abilities. This program is an initiative of the Access for All Abilities program (funded by Sport and Recreation of Victoria) which focuses on inclusive sport and recreation for all levels of abilities.
Participation numbers have increased since the first session, with staff and participants from WeAreVivid Swan Hill joining the Kerang group since the second session.
Mallee Sports Assembly’s Rhonda Allan attended the final session on March 10 and was delighted to see everyone having such a fun time.
Club members/volunteers Jack Hewitt and Graham Wyte assisted with the final session.
Rhonda took the opportunity to personally thank the Kerang Golf Club on behalf of everyone and presented the club with another Certificate of Appreciation.
