Ladies Wednesday Golf, August 2

Monthly Medal Stroke event. 12 ladies contested with Marg Learmonth winning with a score of 95-23=72. Rhonda Willoughby came next with 102-29=73.

Chino’s NTP on the 9th was Jan Harry.

Thursday R & R Stableford, August 3

30 members played Stableford and the winner was captain Jack Hewitt scoring 40 points. Ball pool went to K Lane 39, P Lloyd 38, R Schultze and W O’Neill 35 and G McNiel 34 c/b.

NTP’s went to R Fabry on the 3rd, D Meehan 5th K Lane 9th and 16th and the 13th to C Waterson.

Saturday Monthly Medal Stroke, August 5

Kevin Chase won the event with a score of 93-22=71. Olive Spitty won the Ladies with 83-3=80

Ball pool went to A Free 71, C Gray & J Hewitt 72 and B Shay 73.

NTP’s 3rd J Hewitt, 5th and 16th L Hadfield, 9th A Spitty and G Teasdale 13th.

On Sunday, July 30, a Stroke event was held. James Meehan (Sen) won with a scratch score of 80 from Maurice Meehan on 83 and Stuart McGregor on 84. The handicap winner was junior player Carly Shepherd with Nett 46 (100/54/46), from Stuart McGregor Nett 68 and Scott Worner Nett 70. NTP was Stuart McGregor.
