IT was a small field on Wednesday for ladies Stableford, the winner Nola Robinson on 39 points from Jan Harry 36, Deanne Free 33.

Chino’s 9th went to N. Robinson. Bring plenty of water this week as it’s going to be hot.

There was a good-sized field with 27 teeing off for Thursday’s R&R Stableford.

The winner was Keith McKerrow (30) with 37 points. Ball pool was K. Chase and C. Waterson 36, G. Wyte 35, D. Meehan 34 on countback.

Nearest to pin 3rd didn’t go off, 5th T. Hall, 9th D. Meehan, 13th K. Chase and 16th C. Waterson.

It was a very big day at Kerang Golf Club on Saturday for monthly medal stoke, with a new ladies course record being carded by Olive Spitty.

Olive scored 69-1=68, to take out the ladies event.

In the men’s monthly medal, Col Wilkie continued his red-hot run of late carding 73-7=66.

In the ball pool were L. Hadfield and N. Robinson 69, D. Meehan, G. Wyte and G. Service 70, N. Walle and T. O’Neill 71 and K. Chase 72.

Members are reminded to keep an eye on the noticeboard for upcoming events as pennant starts on Sunday, February 11, at Cohuna Golf Club.
