Ladies stableford – Wednesday, March 12

A good sized field entered today’s event, with the winner being Jill Marshall with 37 points.

The ball pool went to J.Youl and S.Jenner (33 points) and M.Learmonth (32 points), while the nearest the pins went to J.Youl (9th) and C.Dear (13th).

R & R stableford – Thursday, March 13

Twenty-four members played on a day when conditions were fabulous, with Chris Waterson (4) and Brendan Shields scoring 36.

Others in the ball pool were Greg McNeil (35 points), Peter Jones and Mark Henderson (33 points), while the nearest the pin’s C.Gillen (3rd), K.Sambrooks (9th) and C.Wilkie (13th).

Stableford – Saturday, March 15

Only 13 players played in hot conditions, with most entered for tomorrow’s big four person Ambrose event.

The winner was David Wood, on a countback from Graham Wyte, with 34 points, while Joel Robertson won the last ball in the ball pool.

The nearest the pins went to G.Wyte (5th), J.Robertson (13th) and D.Wood (9th) who almost hit a hole in one.

McLarty McShane Clark four person ambrose – Sunday, March 16th

Close to a full house (96) rolled up for this popular event, with golfers coming from Murray Downs, Lalbert, Cohuna, Barham, Belvoir Park, Neanger Park, Howlong, Kyabram Valley View, Rich River, Future Golf and plenty from Kerang.

The final results were –

Winners – Jim Clark, Roger Pay, Marcus Pay and Anthony Robertson.

2nd place – Dale Jager, Craig Burrell, Kayla Shadbolt and Leanne Button

Nearest the pin’s – T.Hall (3rd), 5th G.Vallance (5th), M.Kelly (9th), C.Gillen (13th) and J.Hewitt (16th).
