Students’ healthy start

EFFORTS to provide Kerang Primary School students a hearty breakfast will continue after the school received funding for a breakfast club.

The Victorian Government, in partnership with Foodbank, has provided funding for 173 breakfast clubs, including Koondrook Primary School and Kerang Primary School.

“Empirical evidence clearly supports that a nutritious start to the day supports greater stamina, concentration and good learning,” principal, Brenton Taylor said.
