Criminal damage

A 75-year-old Cohuna man will face court after he allegedly used a chainsaw to trim trees and plants at a unit block, without permission.

The incident took place around 12 noon on April 20.

He was interviewed by police and subsequently charged with criminal damage.

Stolen cash

POLICE are investigating the theft of $250 which was stolen from a unit in Wellington Street, Kerang, around 7pm on April 22.

Drugs possession

A COHUNA man was given a formal cannabis caution after he was found in possession of the drug in Milnes on April 22.

Car impounded

A BARHAM man was arrested in Cohuna on Wednesday after he was found to have drugs of dependence in his possession.

Police allege the drugs were methamphetamine based.

A motor vehicle was also impounded after police discovered the man’s licence had been disqualified.
