A SOLAR farm 8.5km south-east of Bridgewater will be among six new solar developments across Victoria that will help meet the state's target of 100 per cent renewable electricity across government operations by 2025.

Developed by Sungrow Renewable Energy, the Derby Solar Project will deliver 95MW of new renewable capacity and 100 MW hour battery energy storage system.
