GANNAWARRA Shire Council is partnering with renowned local artist Paul Oswin in hosting three watercolour and charcoal natural portraits workshops.

The sessions will take place in Cohuna, Kerang and Quambatook between April 7 and 9.

Mr Oswin is an art teacher at Kerang Technical High School and he loves to share his knowledge and promote arts in the area.
