ARTIST and art teacher at Kerang Technical High School Paul Oswin has painted a sign and mural for Lake Charm Primary School.

This is the second mural Mr Oswin has completed for the Lake Charm community.

The other was for the Lakes Arts and Cultural Association at the Lake Charm store.
