THE North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) says Lake Meran will "likely" fill in spring after securing environmental water from outside the Loddon region.

It's a massive boost for the local community ahead of the summer holidays, when hundreds are expected to pack the oasis for camping and recreational activities.
