AFTER seven years as president, 13 as secretary, and 45 and counting as a member, Kerang RSL's Rob Hampton has decided it's time to pass the torch of presidency over to the next generation of ex-service members.

"I thought it was time for a change and to get some young blood in there," Mr Hampton said.
