THE incident control centre says widespread renewed minor flooding is likely to develop in some locations where flooding has recently eased.

In a community update at the weekend, the ICC said Goulburn-Murray Water continued to reduce outflows from Kow Swamp, near Leitchville, with all flows from Kow Swamp downstream to Kerang slowly falling away.
The Nine Mile Creek at the Murray Valley Highway has stopped flowing across the road and the level continues to slowly fall away as the Pyramid Creek falls slowly.
Travel between Cohuna and Kerang is now possible via Kerang-Leitchville Road after the highway reopened between the Loddon Valley Highway and Kerang-Leitchville Road.
Flows along the Calivil Creek drain have broken out, passing through Plympton Reserve and joining with the Barr Creek Drain near Capels Crossing.
The peak of the Barr Creek Drain flows are now downstream of Capels Crossing, which continues to impact homes and properties around Dartagook, Murrabit West and Benjeroop, with levels remaining high for several weeks now.
A number of homes in Murrabit West are still isolated by floodwater and the area has been difficult to access due to the many road closures.
Murrabit CFA brigade members have been supporting locals, helping to maintain community connection and assisting people with access to essential items in this challenging time.
Renewed moderate flooding is possible along the Loddon River Loddon Weir to Kerang. The Loddon River at Appin South is steady at 2.77m and is likely to exceed the minor flood level (2.80) as upstream floodwaters arrive. The river may peak near moderate flood level (3.1m) tomorrow.
The Loddon River at Murray Valley Hwy Bridge is falling slowly, below the minor flood level at 76.69m Australian Height Datum (AHD).
Renewed rises are likely from mid next week as upstream floodwaters arrive.
Wandella Creek flows into First Reedy Lake continue to reduce at the Murray Valley Highway.

The Avoca River at Charlton Town fell below the minor flood level (4m) Friday afternoon.
Flooding is not expected to extend downstream to Quambatook, however renewed rises to minor flood level are possible from Sunday onwards.
The Murray River at Barham (Koondrook) is currently at 6.14m and steady, with major flooding. The river level at Barham is likely to remain above the major flood level (6.10m).
