A MUSIC festival created by young people in the Gannawarra Shire has a wave of incredible talent ready to perform on Saturday in Kerang.
Matt Allan, the youth health promotion worker from Northern District Community Health who co-ordinated the festival, said he was impressed by those involved in Summerwave, both on and off the s
