THE first segment of improvements to parking and streetscaping in the Kerang CBD is complete.

Gannawarra Shire Council on Friday announced part of stage 3 of the redevelopment in Victoria Street had been finalised.

The $2.31 million project focused on the eastern section of Victoria Street between Scoresby Street and Victoria Square.
