AN oasis with crystal clear water, sandy beaches and big redgums is returning to its former glory, just in time for city summer holidaymakers.

The North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) confirmed Lake Meran would fill in spring after securing environmental water from outside the Loddon region.
