IT may have been delayed for a year but the Cohuna Fire Brigade’s centenary was a huge success.

The community came out in force to celebrate 101 years of the local fire service, along with teams from Victoria Police, Forest Fire Management Victoria and Ambulance Victoria.

Forming in 1922, the brigade has been manned by volunteers servicing Cohuna and the surrounding district.
