GANNAWARRA Shire's 2024 crime rates have been released by the Crime Statistics Agency data and show the increase in incidents is less than the state average.

There was a 1.3 per cent rise in crime in the shire and Swan Hill Police Acting Inspector Brian Hansen said that in general, the statistics were pleasing.
