Division 2 Quambatook 8/56 d Sea Lake 0/44. A. Wood d S. Allen 31/23; R. Waldron d L. Harker 25/21.

The Singles Club Championships were played on January 2. The men’s final was played between Dale Williams and Glen McKissack. Dale started well and got out to a handy lead before Glen came back in the latter stage of the match, but couldn’t bridge the gap, with Dale going on to win 25/19.

The ladies’ final was played between Barb Baker and Karen McKissack. Barb was winning most ends early in the game, but only gaining one shot at a time. Karen’s game began to improve in the middle section of the match and with Barb tiring, she went on to win 25/15.
