GANNAWARRA Shire Council has condemned the state planning tribunal for its lengthy delay in hearing an appeal against a planning permit approved for a piggery.

The council agreed to write to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal regarding delays in reaching a decision on the Western Plains Pork free range pig proposal at Orrs Road, Gannawarra.
